Hot Stone Restorative Yoga

Melt into deep relaxation with Hot Stone Restorative Yoga. This nurturing practice combines the healing warmth of smooth, heated stones with gentle, supported postures. As you rest in fully propped poses, warm stones are thoughtfully placed on your body to encourage muscle release, improve circulation, and soothe the nervous system.

Ideal for deep rest, stress relief, and restoring balance. No yoga experience is needed—just come as you are to slow down, tune in, and allow your body and mind to be held in comfort.

Melanie is amazing. I feel I am in good hands to learn more. I have become more aware of my body and what to discuss with my Dr I will be asking for bone density test and breathing concerns.
